Assortment

Sultanas have been an ingredient for bakeries and cereal makers for many years and although sultanas are grown in various countries around the world, our main source for sultanas is Turkey. Sultanas are very similar to raisins, with the main difference in the process of drying. Further we import Iranian and South-African sultanas.

From Turkey we also import organic and Naturland certified sultanas.

The grades we can offer you: 

• Sultanas in various colors and counts from various origins (conventional and organic)
• Mixed sultanas/raisins/currants/berries
• Re-washed and/or high moisture sultanas 

There are many varieties of raisins. We mainly import Thompson raisins from South-Africa and California, USA and Black Flame raisins from Chile. This is mainly based on the usage in cereals, cereal bars and to be coated with for instance chocolate. 

The grades we can offer you:

• Thompson raisins medium and jumbo
• Black Flame raisins medium and jumbo

We import our dried figs from Turkey and the items that we trade are meant as ingredients and therefore mainly chopped material. We can offer both conventional and organic fig dices.

The grades we can offer: 

• Turkish diced figs 5-7 and 8-10 mm. (conventional and organic)
• Fig paste

We import our dried apricots from Turkey and the items that we trade are meant as ingredients and therefore mainly chopped material. We can offer both conventional and organic apricot dices. 

The grades we can offer:

• Turkish Diced Natural Apricots, various sizes (conventional and organic)
• Turkish Diced Apricots with SO2

We import recleaned and processed date products mainly from Turkey. The origin of the dates itself is often Pakistan. 

The grades we can offer:

• Chopped dates, various sizes
• Whole Pitted Dates – processed in Turkey
• Date paste

Our main source of almonds is California, which grows about 80% of the total worldwide production. We can offer California almonds processed in the USA and in Spain

The grades we can offer you:

• Blanched: wholes, whole & broken, sliced, split, slivered, diced or meal
• Natural: wholes, sliced, diced 
• Almond paste

We import our hazelnuts from Turkey, which grows about 70% of the total worldwide production. We can both supply conventional and organic hazelnuts. Further we can supply Rainforest Alliance material.

We import our pecans from USA and Mexico.

• Junior Mammoth Halves
• Large and medium pieces 

We import our walnuts mainly from USA and Moldova. There are many countries of origin where walnuts can grow. The biggest cultivated crops are found in China, USA, Chile, Eastern Europe, India and France. Our choice for mainly USA and Moldova material in our assortment is based on the balance between the required grades and price as an ingredient for our customers.

We import our pumpkin seed kernels from China and Austria. We can offer conventional seeds from China and both conventional and organic material from Austria. Further services we can offer are recleaning and/or heat treatment

The grades we can offer:
• Shine skin kernels A- and AA-grade
• GWS A- and AA-grade

We import our chia seeds from South America and Mexico. 

The grades we can offer:
Black chia seeds, conventional and organic

We import our quinoa from Bolivia and Peru
